She Now Goes Where She Belongs...pay It Forward...

There was so much confusion that went on regarding the doll in my last post. It's like having a senior moment and I am not even 40 yet.... I thought the doll was ordered by an artist friend...which also wasn't the case. I searched past records and finally found the original lady who bought the doll. I got a hold of her and told her the story of the china doll and her adventures. She was so thrilled to hear such a story and remembered the china doll well. The wonderful news is...I offered to send her the china doll !!!

She wrote:

Oh my gosh, I have goosebumps. What a strangely bizarre and kind twist this beauty has taken! It gives me faith in human kind. I would cherish her so very much. I,too am shaking my head in wonderment! It was lovely of you to forgive the wayward girl and so sweet to offer to send her to me. I would LOVE to have her, I remember her well. It's sort of cool that she is a well traveled dolly too!

I read on a Facebook post that today is Pay It Forward Day and while I'm not sure that is correct. I am going to put myself in a position to pay something forward.

I am so happy! I can't even tell you! So dear friends...Thank you so much for the sweetest comments and support. Hope is once again on her way to a home where she is wanted. She is going to her rightful home! I wonder now what kind of adventures she will have to tell one day.
